Fully assembled and ready to use, just plug it in. 125 watts, 110V heating element uses less than 1 amp per hour. Measures 16.5 diameter x 3.687H with 8′, 3-prong grounded cord. Cord should be protected from animals and used with a ground fault protected outlet. Designed for use with Galvanized Double Wall Founts, and other all-metal founts, bowls and pans.
